I think it’s out of order and actually is Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Fuhrer (aka PB). Ruminating on the fabulous term I thought about “Absolutely Fabulous.” Is the “Dear Leader” more like Edina or Patsy. I vote for Edina. What say you?
