Video: New Black Panther Leader Praises Allah, bin Laden
This is the leader of the group Attorney General Eric Holder refuses to prosecute for voter intimidation (an incident also caught on videotape).
Note that I’m not saying Shabazz’s speech isn’t protected by the First Amendment, and I understand that for the Philadelphia incident to qualify as voter intimidation it may require a complaint by a voter who claims to have been intimidated. However, I find it more and more curious how the administration goes to so much effort to shield this group from scrutiny and prosecution, but starts twitching and mumbling about treason and investigations the moment Tea Partiers hoist a sign complaining about taxes being too high.

You can hear the video of one of the members of the new Black Panther organization saying that “I hate white people…We’re going to need to kill some crackers, We’re going to have to kill some of their babies.” (About 0:40 into the video.)
What I don’t understand is that Pennsylvania has an ethnic intimidation law (18 Pa. C.S. ยง 2710). Why hasn’t he been prosecuted? More reverse discrimination on the state level?

It seems there are two currents running here: first, mid-term elections are coming and Obama needs to fire up his base. So, giving the NBP a pass certainly gets him some cred in the hood.
But, in the bigger picture, his whole agenda is about leveling what he sees as an unfair playing field. His czars want to “spread the wealth”, and proscecuting foot soldiers in the socialist wars isn’t likely to help make that happen.
Hey, and if you dream big, you can even transform something as massive as NASA and turn it into an outreach agency for muslims.
Maybe we could task the DOE to do outreach to Kenyans?
The possibilities are mind boggling, especially as long as the money holds out (that’s always the sticking point with socialist uptopias, non-sustainable funding).
