Currently we limit our top-banner slot to no more than 10 advertisers, ensuring each one no less than 10% of our total page views.

Our advertising rates are:

1 month only: $350.00
2-3 months: $300.00/mo
4+ months: $250.00/mo

For advertisers wishing to advertise on both sites, we offer a 15% discount off the total combined rates for the run lengths purchased. For example, if you purchase 3 months each on both sites at a total of $1,650, a 15% discount results in a total adjusted cost of $1,402.50.

For advertisers purchasing a run of $1,000 or more, we will compose your banner at no charge.

Billing Methods

For advertisers paying via PayPal, we can bill the entire amount at the beginning of the run, or charge your credit or debit card monthly as the run progresses.

For advertisers who wish to pay by check, we request the entire amount at the beginning of the run.

Rotation and Scheduling

All ads are placed in general rotation, and are chosen from the pool at random on each page load.

Ad runs may be either consecutive or non-consecutive. For example, you may specify that your ad be run during the months of March, April and May; or you may specify that your ad be run in March, in June, and in October. You may replace your banner up to once a month if you wish; this enables you to tailor your advertising to the church season or to other time-specific events or promotions.

You may begin and end your run on any day of the month.

There are no restrictions regarding for-profit or non-profit entities; Stand Firm accepts advertising from both kinds of organizations.

Format and Display Restrictions

We accept JPEG, GIF, animated GIF, and Flash formats.

Top banner ad dimensions are standard “leaderboard” size of 728 pixels wide by 90 pixels high. A 1-pixel black border is added to all banners, so keep this in mind as you compose your banner. You may not wish to include a border in your file.

We will embed Flash banners with no additional tag attributes beyond the standard minimum, so they must include the target URL as part of the Flash movie.

Target URL’s for other formats are applied through a standard HREF tag, so please include your target URL with your order.

NOTE: We do not accept banners that play music or any other kind of audio, nor do we accept banners which for any reason or user action unfold beyond leaderboard dimensions.
