“Zombie” lives in San Francisco and fairly frequently attends the numerous lefty protests (“moronic convergences” in LGF-speak) in the Bay Area, always returning with a collection of remarkable photos. While we generally try to avoid partisan politics, it’s important to shine a light on those parts of the political fringes where hatred of Christians sinks below garden-variety contempt and into threats and implications involving violence, death, and genocide.
Such was the case yesterday at the protest in Berkeley against the U.S. Marine Corps. the very first one caught my eye:
Note the inverted pentagram on the t-shirt.
Zombie says she’ll be posting more photos throughout the day, so I can’t say for sure what else you’ll see if you go there, but already it’s necessary to issue a language warning for some of the signs protesters were carrying. The pro-Marine presence looks to be larger and more organized than most of the counter-protest efforts you normally see, and while they don’t necessarily win any points on taste, you have to give them credit for showing up, which is more than can be said for most of the objects of the Bay Area’s leftists’ scorn.
So with that caveat, here’s the link to Zombietime.
For the left wing protest crowd, every day is Halloween, an opportunity to wear a costume and play let’s pretend.
