[Note: We are posting this as a parallel news item to the release of the New Poem by our Union of Episcopal Writers, as well as the important work others have done via video.]
In keeping with our policy of releasing news in a timely manner we have the honor to report that last month the People’s Artist released new important works in honor of the HOB Meeting at the 8th Conference of the Highest Council, for which he received the Order of Browning, The Gold Star medal “Purse and Wallet”, instituted by a Decree of the Presiding Bishop of the EC Supreme Church, and the title Hero of Episcopal Labor, given for “heroic achievements in labor such as significantly increasing production efficiency, and for successful implementation of methods and techniques which furthered the development of the Church economy, stewardship, culture, and vestments, including miters.”
The People’s Artist is a member of the Union of Episcopal Artists, and in keeping with the New, Latest Styles of art approved by the Central Committee of the Episcopal Church, has voluntarily and freely committed to surrender his talents in the service of The People by creating Glorious Art that fulfills the following types and purposes of The People:
1. Parishionetariat—art relevant to the parishionertariat and understandable to them, particularly in the areas of Stewardship.
2. Typical—scenes of every day life of the parishionertariat, particularly in the areas of productivity, pledging, pew-sitting, cassock and kneeler needlework, and Stewardship.
3. Realistic - in the representational sense, truly and non-abstractly depicting the average life of the parishionetariat in a manner to be understanded of the press, media, and competing organizations
4. Partisan - supportive of the aims of the Church and the Chairperson of the Presidium of the Supreme Episcopate, both of which report to and serve The People and the Parishionetariat
Our Chairperson of the Presidium of the Supreme Episcopate’s magnanimous, generous, and affirming nature has touched all of The People. Demonstrating the universal acclaim with which she is held by all, numerous schoolchildren who happened to be standing outside of the humble quarters of the HOB Meeting at the 8th Conference of the Highest Council rushed over to spontaneously and joyfully offer her roses. This outpouring by the masses is typical of her reception in every diocese.
Our People’s Artist captured this touching scene, with his quick brush, in the style of the newly mandated Episcopal Realism.

One of our most beloved bishops of the successful and fast-growing diocese of Lexington is often seen in his study, hard at work writing important Documents of Depositionius, creating further Five Year Plans for the Rapid Growth of his diocese, and studying the old masters of Episcopal Literary Realism.
Our People’s Artist captured him during a Day in the Life of An Episcopal Bishop visit—and in a scene typical of so many of The People’s hard-working bishop’s lives, he spent much of his day studying. Still, he found the time to smile at The People before getting back to work in his book-lined library.

Another bishop—the Commissar of Justice—heads up the hard-working Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the Episcopal Church. The Commissar of Justice prosecutes rogue Episcopal leaders and works to repress those who are anti-revolutionaries and enemies of The People under Title IV of the Episcopal SFSR Penal Code. The Commissar of Justice also sits on the Church’s Title IV review committee or CTIVRC troika.
Anti-revolutionary activity is any activity aimed at “overthrowing, undermining or weakening the main economical and stewardship achievements, and religious prestige of the Episcopal revolution”. Should a counter-revolutionary former Episcopal leader flee, his parishioners will be subject to 5-10 years of exile with confiscation of former pledges, trusts, and endowments, or 5 years of parish demotion to Mission Re-Education and oversight by a Special Leader.
IV-9.1. Non-reporting of a treason or anti-revolutionary activity by a vestry person: 10 years of exile. Non-reporting by others: Title IV revisions to be decided.
IV-9.2. Contacts with foreigners “with counter-revolutionary purposes” (as defined by 58-1, ie: Southern Cone/Nigeria) including meetings, emails, websites, etc, are subject to Title IV.
IV-9.3. Any kind of help to “international bourgeoisie” who, not recognizing the actions of the Chairperson of the Presidium of the Supreme Episcopate’s or her deputies, strives to overthrow it: punishment similar to 58-2.
IV-9.4. Undermining of Episcopal industry, stewardship, monetary circulation or credit system, as well as of cooperative societies and organizations, with counter-revolutionary purpose (as defined by 58-1, ie: AAC, ACN, ACI, other) by means of the corresponding usage of the state institutions, as well as by opposing their normal functioning.
IV-9.5. Non-reporting of a “counter-revolutionary activity”: at least 6 months of stewardship pledges, or 5 years of parish exile to Mission Re-Education and oversight by a Special Leader..
IV-9.6. “Counter-revolutionary sabotage”, i.e., conscious non-execution or deliberately careless execution of “defined duties”, aimed at the weakening of the power of the Episcopal bishop and of the functioning of the Episcopal apparatus [ie, GENCON] is subject to at least one year of freedom deprivation, one year of Stewardship Pledging, and under especially aggravating circumstances, up to the highest measure of Episcopal protection: execution by deposition with confiscation of parish.
Our People’s Artist captured the Commissar of Justice in full live action, delivering a speech to a newly restored parish, freed from the clutches of a counter-revolutionary former leader who was recently sentenced to deposition and exiled; note the red MDG banners, signifying the joy of The People, who turned out en masse to their re-captured parish, listening intently and approvingly to the impassioned lecture from the Commissar.

The People’s Artist continues to work on a vast array of photographs and paintings, always standing by with his pen to capture spontaneous and off-the-cuff Historic Events of the Episcopate for The People. As these spontanenous and non-staged events take place, the People’s Artist will capture them, submit them to The People’s Censors, and as they are determined to be in line with the goals of Episcopal Realism, release them to The People.

Sometimes Sarah, I think you have too much time on your hands. But then, I know differently. Viva the counter-revolution!!
